1. I am professional qualified accountant have more than 07 years working experience in accounts/Finance and Tax. I have Experience and knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, Auditing, Management reporting and its analysis. I have the knowledge of International Accounting standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Internal Auditing Standards (ISA). I know very well the routine matter of accounts and finance departments like manage the payments and receipts.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report for senior management, project leaders, and department managers against budgets/forecast.
3. Reconcile inventory accounts and investigate stale balances or suspicious transactions.
4. Prepare detailed monthly B/S and P&L account reconciliations - asset cash accounts, prepaid accounts, revenue and expense accounts.
5. Reconcile and response to inquiries related to General Ledger account balances and transactions/journal entries.
6. Prepare accounts receivable (A/R) aging analysis and fwd. report to collection dept.
7. Prepare SOPs and assess how well they work and record and present results using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
8. Identify risk, loopholes and makes recommendations to management about risk aversion by improving the operational, financial and governance control system.
9. Review Bank reconciliation Statement (BRS) and communicate with bank if any mismatch exist.
10. Prepare report how much cost incurred and profit gained from every project by considering labor and material amount separately.
