1. Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule Including Trading, Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance
2. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and Ledger maintenance
3. Preparing various reports, commentaries & variance analysis.
4. Provide detailed and accurate business analysis report to the Finance Manager and Directors
5. Review all inter-company transactions and generate necessary entries.
6. Reconciliation of bank accounts of three company and Inter branch accounts
7. Calculate& distribute staff salaries, gratuity, Leave salary and other employee’s related allowances.
8. Maintain Schedule of fixed assets with Depreciation, Prepaid expenses, Accruals, provision and other accounting schedules
9. Create, modify and improve chart of accounts in accordance to generally accepted accounting principle and standards.
10. Assisted with external audit process and provide all necessary work sheet and data.
