Summary of Career

1. Controlling, Planning & Scheduling all productions on extrusion base technology from Germany and Italy for HDPE PE100, PE80, PE63, LLDPE, DRIP IRRIGATION pipes and fitting from SDR41 PN4 to SDR6 PN32 with Dia ranging from 16 mm to 1200 mm as per the quality standards of ISO 4427, DIN 8074 and DIN 8072.

2. Managing efficiently reprocessing units with grinding & shredding of scrap, pelletizing & agglomeration in plant for HDPE, MDPE, LDPE and LLDPE bags as well as meeting of monthly production targets.

3. Controlling production of fabricated or segmented fittings i.e 11.25 o, 22.5o, 30o, 45o, 60o, 90o elbows, equal tee, cross tee, Y-branch and other customer required from 90 mm to 630 mm.

4. Managing efficiently the mixing department w.r.t formulations decided by MD.

5. Preparing plans on enterprise resource planning (ERP) based software & coordinating with shift supervisors.

---

6. Scheduling manpower for production and reprocessing with ensuring maximum utilization.

---

7. Supervising shift supervisors, operators & maintenance technicians directly.

---

8. Preparing and managing all documentation for the production. Preparing daily production reports to operation manager / company management.

---

9. Liaising with maintenance department and tool room on any matters that may affect the production.

---

10. Be responsible for the implementation of ISO14001/1800. Implementing quality control program which make sure the continuous improvement of the quality of the products, operations and environment.
