1. Ensure integrated Design and Estimation – Effective costing, Estimation and Pre-design activities

2. Study the data, drawings and information to analyze it using standard methods of calculations, considering aspects of time, technology, manpower, material and processes.

3. Estimate cost and requirements for fire protection systems (fire sprinklers, special fire suppression systems, manual firefighting equipment, alarm systems, etc.) for commercial / industrial buildings / facilities.

4. Ensuring that documentation, calculations, reports, specifications, drawings of projects are accurate; include references to UAE Fire & Life Safety and NFPA standard codes.

5. Prepare technical compliance documents for the UAE Civil Defense submission to get hold of safety certificate for installation and maintenance sites.

6. Designing and Redeveloping Firefighting drawings & shop drawings for works and submit it for endorsement before execution, according to the changes brought by the technical supervision.
