1. Coordinate and discuss with architecture coordinator, site engineer and M&E engineer/coordinator on site technical issues pertaining to Secondary Steel structure site installation, to make sure Roof, façade and curtain wall works progress can be moved on smoothly and completed duly.

2. Responsible for entire site coordination in technical matters and other matters indicated in shop drawings with relevant consultants and other trade contractor

3. Supervise and monitor site installation work progress and co-ordinate with consultants, architects and façade contractor on site installation technical issues which are not tally with shop drawings due to actual site conditions, and come up with a solution with architects and consultants to meet the requirements

4. Attend factory inspections, mock-up inspections and site inspections, and then feedback the test report to project manager, architects and consultant

---

5. Liaising with subcontractor and other trade subcontractor to coordinate site interface issues, such as installation sequence, protection works during installation process, so as to keep up with project master programme

6. Establishing the Execution Progress Reporting

---

7. Execution meetings (Kick-off, weekly, monthly internal and external).

---

8. Making rigging plan and prepare safe work methodology

---

9. Raising crane request for the next day erection and submitting to the client for approval. Preparing Method statement and Risk assessment to the Client for approval

---

10. Contribution, take Ownership and Support related projects to comply with cost, time and quality targets.
