Summary of Career
1. To ensure that unit is running smoothly with normal operation and avoiding unnecessary tripping.
2. Monitoring each system on DCS to ensure each equipment is running under specified rated parameters.
3. Maintaining the load schedule provided by regional load Dispatch Center.
4. Coordinate and assist Main Operator during Startup, Shutdown, Emergency shutdown and tripping activities of steam turbine and related auxiliaries.
5. Carrying out Periodic switching of equipment, periodic testing of equipment.
6. Assisting Main Operator during emergency tripping and accident handling of Steam Turbine.
7. Ensuring the work on site is going on according to company HSE policy.
8. Following up the PTW (Permit to Work) requirements.
9. Carrying out Isolation of system during routine maintenance & troubleshooting.
10. Creating and Maintaining Record for startup and shutdown of equipment(s).

I am currently serving a fortune 500 Multinational Operation & Maintenance company named CHD Power Plant Operation Co., Ltd as a Field Engineer in Turbine Operations Department. The company holds the Operation & Maintenance contract of 2X330 MW coal fired subcritical power plant unit(s) situated 35 km away from Islamkot city of District Tharparkar.
Looking for a more challenging job related to experience.
