  Access Network Engineer – STC (Saudi Telecom Company) Project MS Huawei at Saudi Arabia
  Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the alarm Monitoring, fault localization capability and Ensure fault correlation capability and Verification Testing capability.
  • Troubleshooting of 2G, 3G, LTE, and MW and be familiar with the repeated faults: alarms, RTWP, VSWR.
  • Assessing Alarm Monitoring & Fault Localization capability & providing an appropriate analysis.
  • Support related to spare issue, Access issue, and coordination with Huawei FO, BO, T-NOC, TXN & Power Management etc.
  • Analyse and Classify Alarms: Classify the fault into Critical, High, Medium, Low No and Perform 1st level support
  • Issuing and overall handling of Trouble tickets and Work Orders. Taking responsibility for detection, interpretation and escalation of alarm.
  • Responsible for solving Trouble Tickets on the NOC for different vendors Ericsson/NSN/Huawei for 2G/3G/LTE/MW/GPON sites.
  • Escalation if need 2nd level support: Escalate if the fault is beyond the capabilities of 1st level support and/or cannot be solved within the escalation time.
  
  • Corrective maintenance of STC site in line with SLA and continuous monitoring and maintenance of BTS sites.
  • Performing PMR and reporting for every site; manage and coordinate with PAT teams, request to Open & Close MDT
  • Provide support to Region Field Engineers 24/7 and liaising them with daily to review handling the work orders and service affecting alarms.
  • Monitoring of KPIs in line with SLAs and updating management and maintaining working log about the current TT’s.
  • Provide shift reports to Manager about all the events occurring in the network and logs them within the online Data.
  • Integration of 2G,3G and LTE, Configuration of RETs, TMA.
  • 2G/3G/4G and RNC /BSC alarms monitoring, dispatch FME regarding alarms and strongly follow up for Troubleshooting at site.
  • Responsible to support on site Teams Performing MDTs for IP Migration, Traffic Shifting, Link-upgradation, shifting BTS3900 from LAN to Fiber within downtime.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting of different alarms of Huawei IDU 900 series.
  • Responsible to support on site teams for DCN visibility, 2G,3G & 4G service configurations.
  • Worked on U2000 for technical support to O&M team, site visibility on Server,2G, 3G &4G Ethernet configuration and troubleshooting
  • Responsible to configure E-Line/E-LAN service E2E connectivity.
  • Responsible to support on site Teams for the Troubleshooting of MW links (1+0,1+1, XPIC, SD, FD) PLA, EPLA, XPD.
