1. Assist students using software and equipment in the computer lab.
2. Plan computer lab instruction for individual student's needs or as requested by classroom teachers.

4. Bio metric system (Card, Face, Finger) Enrolling, Editing, Backup, Restore.

Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software complying with given standards and guidelines Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for computing environment Identify and repair hardware and network connectivity issue.

7. IT request ticket generation and assign to responsible technician. ? Respond to telephone calls, instant messages, email and personnel requests for technical support.
8. Coordinate and maintain a log of request activities of the Help Desk, be able to prioritize service requests according to importance.
9. Provide basic desktop support for hardware, peripherals, and network access. ? Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.
10. Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems. ? Preventive Maintenance such as server disk space & memory monitoring ? Used remote software to handle all help desk and technical support issues.
