8. Ensure capture of customer data in System ( Test drive , emirates ID,email address, contact details etc) to enable efficiency and accuracy in the FT Dashboard for adequate referencing and follow up.


9. Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team,Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes,Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts,Approach potential customers to establish relationships


10. Reviewed and analyzed client credit; qualified and approved applications for auto finance, closed sales contracts, cross sold insurance products, ensure compliance with State laws
