Conducted research on effect of Storage Tanks on water quality within NUST. Tanks include UGT (underground water tanks) made up of RCC (reinforced concrete cement) and OHT (Over head water storage tanks) made up of PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Monitored physicochemical and microbiological analysis of drinking water within NUST storage tanks (UGT & OHT). Evaluated the effect of storage period and tank material on water quality.Master 20 July 2020
Performed optimizing temperature and carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratios of the waste through response surface methodology (RSM) which a software that is utilized for making design for the experiments to fit an suitable mathematical function and analyzing the effect of several factors and optimizing the desired response, while central composite design (CCD) was used to optimize the operating parameters.
