  •Working experience of SA Material Systems Specifications (SAMSSs), procurement procedures and procurement cycle.
  •Familiar with SA 9com system, inspections level detail and use of RVLs.
  •Follow-up with Client and SA VID for the approval / Technical Clarifications of procurement documents.
  •Recommendation for substitute materials after obtaining / evaluating back-up information.
  •Technical review of MRs, RFQs/ORs, TBEs, POs & NMRs and Change Orders / Claims of Extra Works.
  •Knowledge of SA Procedures for preparing direct charge requisition, Material Override Requests through SAP, withdrawal of materials from a variety of sources, optimized use of surplus and excess materials.
