   Oversee selection and requisition of materials. Ensure all materials to be used and work performed are as per

   Supervising Installation of LV Panels, SMDB, DB, and MCC, Lighting & Power cable containment, cabling such as

   Exposure in executing all works in compliance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents,
  project specifications & standards and ensuring timely project hand over to the clients.
   Efficient team leader with strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and team leadership

  Review construction drawings, Material submittals, and Technical submittals for compliance with DESIGN
  INTENT and Local Authority requirements.
   Raising NCR’s to the contractors for the works carrying out against standards and attends meetings with design
  team members.
   Provide RFI responses raised by contractors.
   Construction supervision and Quality control as per the Quality policy of management.
   Manage Design changes.
   Review variation claims.
   Evaluate monthly payment certificate,
   Ensure the project materials are in line with project specifications, ESTIDAMA requirements, and Authority
  standards.
   Follow up in the project construction, Engineering & coordination and providing work progress reports to Project
  Manager.
   Participate in the management review meetings on the progress of work and mitigation of risk register.
   Review As-built drawings, O&M manuals, Testing & commissioning reports.
   Coordinate with clients for training & handover.
