Carrying Out all Electrical Site/Material inspections as per the approved Shop drawing, Material approval submittal, Method Statement, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plan, record the status in the WIR/MIR and Check Sheet and verifying all outstanding items before closing WIR and MIR.
Inspecting installation of 1st, 2nd & 3rd fix for all LV and low current systems including but not limited to Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Central battery system, Emergency & Exit lights, Lighting control system, street lights, external landscape lights, Structure cabling system, CCTV, Audio/Video Intercom, SMATV, building management system, public address and voice evacuation system and Access Control system.
Inspecting/witnessing testing and commissioning of all LV/MV and low current systems.
Ensuring installation of all wall accessories are installed as per approved wall coordination drawing and ID
drawings and ceiling mounted devices as per approved RCP drawings.
Inspecting all delivered materials as per approved material submittals and making sure that material is stored
as per manufacturer/supplier recommendations.
Witnessing Factory acceptance tests for Electrical panels and ensuring its compliance with approved method statements and project specifications.
Monitoring all materials and site activities in accordance with approved MAS, shop drawings, project
specifications and authority regulations.
Attending meeting with contractors and clients.
Issuing NCR’s and SOR’s to contractor in case of any deviation from contract documents.
Assist in checking of shop drawings, method statements and material submittal, recording comments for
senior Engineer review
Checking monthly invoices of contractor and discussing with senior Engineer.
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
Reviewing the relevant As-Built drawings, operational manuals as submitted by Contractor and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
Identify potential safety concerns and inform to the HSE Engineers.
