We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and material delivery for ongoing operations and projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices while maintaining compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete procurement cycle—identification of needs, sourcing, quotation, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order preparation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Review and verify purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
