5. Responsible for the erection & installation of pipe and various instruments. Conversant with various welding process such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and SAW.
6. Site inspection and coordinate to QA/QC Engineer to implement the work completed in accordance with the project specifications/requirements.
7. Ensures that all the measurement instruments are correctly managed and calibrated. Monitor the expiry dates of calibration certificates and their suitability to scope of work, including the equipment used by subcontractors.
8. Planning, coordinating and executing all the pre-fabrication & site activities which include pipe spool welding, piping erection, pipeline welding.
9. Coordinate with subcontractor to undertake mechanical/piping and pipeline testing including leak testing cleaning and flushing hydro testing.
10. Supervise welding procedure specification and Welding procedure qualification for pipe & pipeline production. Involved in QA/QC activities for Welding, fabrication, Assembly and NDT inspection.
