Summary of Career
1. Build a client base by collecting units from owners and responding to all listing leads and potential Buyers and Sellers.
2. Improve customer service ratings by following up with clients weekly
3. provide feedback on their property listings to keep them engaged
4. have exclusive and verified listings by negotiating with landlords and owners.
5. Updating the Portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Just Property, etc., according to the level of listings and priority of the availability list and prices
6. coordinate with the Portal Coordinators to receive the sales/leasing availability lists.
7. Collect all pertinent data and documents needed from the owner who agreed with selling/leasing units with the company.
8. organizes the filing of sold unit’s documentation i.e. LOI’s, MoU’s, NOC’s, etc.
9. assist in all aspects of preparation and administration of commercial real estate transactions and documents, including real estate contracts and leasing agreements.
10. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
