   Prepare HSE Plan, Procedure & Pre-Qualification HSE questionnaires.
   Take in part in the preparation of task risk assessments.
   Conduct all types of internal HSE training for staff & worker.
   Routinely site HSE inspection & assist in the compliance of applicable laws & regulations.
   Ability to oversee the hazardous waste storage area & ensure regulatory agency compliances i.e. labeling, containment, proper disposal & documentations.
   Encourage safe working practices, correct obvious hazards immediately to report to the personnel.
   Maintain relevant HSE log & documentations.
   Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
   Maintain positive & proactive relation with managers and employees, as well as our customers & regulatory agencies.
   Promote incident prevention for the of employees & visitors
   Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
   Ability to evaluate PPE & ensure proper use & maintenance of PPEs
   Assist in emergency response & provide first aid treatment
   Follow fall protection program, inspect all fall protection equipment.
   Perform additional duties assigned my HSE Head.
