Major responsibilities were managing a subcontractor with a multicultural workforce in six of the projects facilities. These facilities include 73km of large and small-bore piping, 8500t of structural steel erection and various tank agitators, pumps and vessels. Monitoring and coordinating installation of weekly quotas of bulk piping, steel preassembly/erection and mechanical equipment’s. Managed and coordinated the two project SMPT heavy transport machines which were used to transport large tanks, vessels and pre-assembled steel structures from assembly yards to work fronts. Ensure implementation and compliance of project safety procedures within areas of responsibilities including my own and also my direct reports involvement in various weekly safety walk downs, pre-start participation, JHA and start card reviews to ensure hazards are identified and controlled as well as supporting project safety campaigns. Other responsibilities include permit co-ordination on daily basis with client (Bechtel & Petrofac Joint Venture, BPJV) to get construction work started.

Major responsibilities were to supervise the construction work as per I.F.C Drawings and giving targets to general foreman for piping works according to planed schedule. Other responsibilities included preparing BOM for any as-built drawings and coordinating with procurement department and my job was not limited to this but, water distribution plant construction and supply line construction also.
