I am working as Section Head (E&I) of 20MW WHRPP+CFB, Grid Station and Cement Mills. I joined Gharibwal Cement ltd in August 2010 as Trainee Engineer Electrical. Gained a series of promotions from Trainee Engineer Electrical/Maintenance engineer, Assistant Manager (Electrical & IPM), Senior Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager (E&I).
Accomplish bottom-line results through erection and commissioning of WHR power plant with 20MW Steam Turbine & 46.5tph CFB, 1200tph downhill belt conveyor, 225tph vertical cement mill and 250tph FLS Ventomatic Rotopacker.
Establish MCCs and control & protection schemes, single line diagrams using an integrated approach. Oversee schematics of switchgear, MCC, control and protection panels, and local control panels.
Assess, commission, and update equipment such as HV, MV, LV switchgear, protection relays, transformers, AC induction motors (MV & LV) up to 5000KW, and variable frequency drives (MV & LV) up to 2000KW.
Analyse switchgear of powerhouse sub-station (37MW) with 3xDF, 2xSG, and 2xHFO GENSETs and waste heat recovery power plant (20MW) with steam turbine, 7xwaste heat recovery boiler, and 1xCFB.
Maintain records’ regarding stock on-hand and electrical equipment’s used as directed by senior maintenance manager. Conduct system checks, planned shutdowns, and major repairs on daily basis to ensure seamless working.

KEY PROJECTS
Project Engineer on the 225tph vertical cement mill project, 2017.
Project Engineer on the waste heat recovery power plant and coal fired boiler with steam turbine, 2016 to 2017.
Project Engineer on the shifting of 1200tph limestone crusher and installation of downhill belt conveyor (3.15km) with regenerative drives, 2015 to 2016.
Project Engineer at new packing plant with FLSmidth Ventomatic 16spouts. Designed the complete switchgear, MCCs and PLC panels. Supervised the erection team and commissioned the packer, 2014 to 2015.
Site Engineer at ABB VFD (ACS800 & ACS2000) Installation Project at cooler fans, 2014.
Project Engineer at new 132Kv grid station. It was energized at existing 66kv line. All the equipment installed are compatible both for 66kv and 132kv. Transformer of rating 46MVA dual winding 66,132/6 KV OLTC. Worked as site engineer with Chint Electric Commissioning Engineers, 2012 to 2013.
Site Engineer at 250tph and 300tph hammer crusher, 2011 to 2012.
Erection, testing, and commissioning of 1500KVA 6kv/.4kv power transformer, 300tph hammer crusher with MV motor, 250tph hammer crusher and designing of motor starters, control and protection scheme.
Project Engineer at new stationery packing plant, 2011.
Commissioning team at 66Kv grid station with 2x6MVA transformers (66/6kv), 2010 to 2011.
Designed the MCC for pumping stations, cooling towers and crushers.
