Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT / Systems / Computer Engineer to support the operation, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system availability, ensuring performance, supporting users and operational teams, and assisting in incident/problem resolution. Key Responsibilities

o Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing concepts, firewall concepts)
o Services and troubleshooting methodologies
· Experience using monitoring and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira or similar).
· Knowledge of incident management and basic service management practices.
· Ability to work shifts or on-call if required (where applicable).
Preferred Qualifications / Preferences
· Based in Riyadh City.

· Previous experience with security tracking systems for:

o People.
