1. Identifying and Sourcing of Potential Vendors & evaluating them as per the standards of organization's policy and make them on-board as an approved Vendor

2. Sourcing of Equipment/Materials/Spares based on it's technical specification across the various vendors/manufacturers/distributors under the authorization criteria

3. Negotiating with the multiple potential vendors for procuring the materials, which must be fall within the organization allotted budget

4. Deep Coordination and frequent follow-up with the vendors for timely delivery of the material into designated location

5. Follow-up & Coordinating with in-house sales team for preparation of PO and all the relevant documents and with Vendors/Sub contractors Vice Versa

6. Preparation of Tender documents, RFQ, Budget estimation, Proposal, in close coordination with Engineering/Technical teams

7. Frequent tracking of inventory by cross verifying with the ERP system & physical availability in Warehouse and On table discussion with the Warehouse & Operations team

8. Coordinating with the project team/sub contractor/consultant on Mobilization of required project materials to be delivered on time in the designated site loactions

9. Acts as a project coordinator within the Project team and Management team

10. Apart from this, having a deep knowledge of Asset Management/Material Management/Reliability/BOM creation/PM activities
