1. Responsible for execution of electrical activities for electrical systems in coordination with MEP team.

2. Reviewing of drawings and sequences as per MS with building codes to plan and schedule and site activities. Responsible for checking quality assurance and document preparation, testing and inspection.

3. Responsible for all IR’s and MIR’s for the electrical works and equipment’s respectively. Reporting to higher management, client for the end user operator with the simplified project progress reports and case representations

4. Reviewing the end packs and determining the acceptable criteria based on projects requirement and commissioning codes

---

5. Preparation of method of statements for individual electrical equipment’s for testing and commissioning like Transformer, switchgear and generators. Preparation of comprehensive MS for the integration of Electrical Equipment and Systems

6. Performing of full functional test on all the electrical systems in accordance with the other disciplines. Attending technical meeting with the site and design team for resolving design variation issues to maintain good progress.

7. Installation and supervision of all MV/LV and ELV systems like Access control system, Wireless Clock, IPTV, Audio Visuals, Public Address, CCTV and BMS as per the design intent and standard codes

8. Validation of commissioning test packs submitted by contractor and sub-contractor against the project contract requirements and code compliance. Analysing the system conditions based on T&C results and suggesting required corrective actions.

9. Coordinates with client/consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. Over Seeing Special Systems, Kitchen Equipment, Kitchen LPG, Escalators & Elevators Public Address, BMS, BGM, Lighting Control system, and Access control and Security system with approved Fire alarm cause & effects matrix.

10. Assist in the static and dynamic testing of Fan coil units, Air Handling Units, chillers, pumps, exhaust/fresh air and pressurization fans, life safety control and firefighting systems
