1. Performing the Welding Inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site

2. Issues, and controls Welding Procedures, Welding Speci?cations, Process Control Documents, and all other technical welding documents

3. Verify the results of NDT such as leak, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, radiographic, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, and visual testing.

---

4. Track and trend NCRs and any resulting corrective action requests and completions.

---

5. Prepare HydroTest Packages

---

6. Prepares technical reports as result of research and development and preventive maintenance investigations.

---

7. Contacts personnel of other agencies, engineering personnel, or clients to exchange ideas, information, or offer technical advice concerning welding matters.

---

8. Provide technical support with industry standards and specifications such as ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, AWS, API, CSA, ISO and NACE.

---

9. Coordinate failure analyses and root cause analysis on welding related issues.

---

10. Develop and qualify new WPS/PQR when required.
