    Worked on Attock Crude oil refinery up gradation project with Hyundai engineering. I was assigned for following unit

    • CDU and Diesel Hydrodesulphurization Unit Designed for Capacity of 12500 BPSD.
    • Hydrogen Generating Unit.
    • Amine unit
    • Light naphtha hydro treating unit and ISOM unit

    My responsibilities includes but not limited to;
    • Process engineering support to refinery operations for process troubleshooting & improvement.
    • Preparing daily performance summary and recommending corrective action to scope with abnormalities
    • Responsibility for process design issues and deliverables on projects at all stages of the design process.
    • Coordinate with operation to conduct test run,and implement changes if there is any.
    • To check corrosion and process and operation problems and incorporate tham,
    • Detail material and energy balance for revisions and in case of any punch.

    Client: OMV Pakistan Exploration GmbH

    OMV Pakistan has engaged SMEC Oil & Gas Pakistan to carry out techno-commercial concept selection & detailed engineering of selected option for Single Plant Operation of Middle Indus fields. Project involves the concept selection for the single plant operation at either location (Sawan CPP or Kadanwari Central Facility-KCF) and detail engineering of the selected option along with the adequacy check of associated interconnecting flow lines.


    Responsibilities:
    • Preparation of Concept Selection Report.
    • Sales and Fuel gas generation calculations for multiple fields based on utilization ratios.
    • Economic model preparation.
