  Worked as audit senior and lead the engagement teams for conducting audit & assurance and for other assurance and non-assurance engagements, while doing so, assuming the following responsibilities:
  • Managing all phases of the audit from planning to client deliverables, led teams, reporting directly to senior managers and partners;
  
  • Performing statutory audits in accordance with the specific requirements of local standards and pronouncements of ISAs and IFRSs;
  
  • Planning, risk assessment and risk mitigating strategies through meeting with clients, research and analysing the environment in which client operates;
  
  • Assisting clients in improving the quality of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP;
  
  • Leading audit teams comprising 2 to 6 team members consisting of audit seniors, audit associates and audit juniors;
  
  • Providing feedback of my team members and engage in career counselling sessions of team members with engagement partner;
  
  • Preparation of management letter to report control weaknesses to the board of directors and stake holders;
  
  • Compilation of financial statements on the basis of raw data provided by clients;
  
  • Preparing the projections and forecast financials for different clients on the basis of assumptions provided by clients and by industry research;
