  • Prepare and submit variation order request, including supporting documents and narrative, for on-going projects.
  • Prepare payment application of all on-going projects as per template provided by the client.
  • Join measurements with consultant.
  • Attend the meeting with the consultant’s Quantity surveyor whenever required.
  • Assist to project manager on quantity take off in order to obtain quotations for specific work not indicated in the BOQ.
  • Review and control payment certificates prepared by project manager for sub-contractors.
  • Analysis the Changes of Tender drawings vs IFC.
  • Quotation for additional and new items.
  • Quotation and Rate analysis.
  • Negotiating and finalizing subcontract rates for approval.
  • Coordination with purchase department and updating the market rate.
