  Machine Operation of the Mixer, Extruders(Single & Twin Screw), Crusher.
  ? Overseeing plant production, quality & basic maintenance.
  ? To manage efficiently the production and meeting of the monthly production targets/benchmarks.
  ? To prepare the production plan and accordingly coordinate with the shift supervisors.
  ? To schedule the required manpower for the production and ensuring the maximum utilization.
  ? To manage shift supervisors, operators & maintenance technicians directly.
  ? To monitor product standards and implement the Quality Management system in coordination with QA/QC Department.
  ? To implement the quality control program which make sure the continual improvement of the quality of the products, operations and environment.
  ? Melt flow index, moisture test, ash test, bulk density, specific gravity, shade testing on spectrophotometer, filter index testing etc.
  ? I have a hands-on experience of Kneader, Compression molding, TWIN screw extruder, blow molding, injection.
  ? Effectively communicate and coordinate activities with my teammates and others related departments i:e Adv. Lab, sales personnel, and procurement department.
