  ? Inspection of power tool, lifting equipment, chemical storage tanks, PPE, Fire fighting equipment, vehicles, residential areas of worker, Mess etc on frequent intervals and report any shortcoming.
  ? Intervene and stop work for unsafe acts or conditions as needed. Also prepare JSA for critical jobs.
  ? Organize and participate in investigation and follow up of incidents accidents, including development of remedial action plans.
  ? facilitate regular safety inspections, assessments, and audits at the various project sites in accordance with safety programs or as requested by project management
  ? Attending safety meetings and evaluate the safety aspects of proposed operational activities and record concerns, also maintain illness record of the employees.

  ? Ensure that staff, and other visitors receive suitable induction training and information about emergency procedures while visiting on site.
  ? Monitoring environmental protection by ensuring proper disposal of waste generated by operations.

  ? To conduct tool box talk for the workforce on various topic of health, safety and environment.
  ? To ensure that all health, safety and environmental policies, rules and regulation are being implemented as per instruction/requirement of client – ADMAOPCO
  ? To ensure that client ADMA-OPCO, PTW procedure is being followed.
  ? To ensure that ADMA-OPCO safe lifting operation plan is being followed in every activity of lifting operation in the area.
  ? To conduct the site safety inspection on regular interval specified by the client.
  ? To carry out the environmental compliance check list in the work site area.
  ? To ensure that workforce have proper PPE required as per their task on the work site.
  ? To conduct periodic inspection of firefighting equipment and pressing machines etc.
  ? To conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly safety meeting/risk assessment meetings (TRA) being conducted on the work site.
  ? To ensure that proper housekeeping is being carried out and maintained on the work site.
  ? Report accidents/incidents/near misses to the client.
  ? To submit safety meeting records to ADMA-OPCO on monthly basis.
  ? Coordination with ADMA-OPCO job officer on site inspection and security.
