• 2–4 years of experience in ERP administration or business application support
• Good knowledge of SAP, Odoo, iSell, or similar systems
• Good understanding of sales, warehouse, and finance processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good reporting and Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
Main Responsibilities
• Administer and support SAP, Odoo, iSell, and related systems
• Provide daily technical support for users
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Follow up with vendors regarding system issues and updates
• Monitor data accuracy and prepare basic reports
• Train users on proper system usage when required
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in FMCG or sales operations
• Experience with field sales systems is an advantage
