Summary of Career
1. Assist HSE Manager in implementation of HSE Plan and reporting of all issues pertaining to workplace and work systems.
2. Conduct extensive HSE trainings in Fire Safety / Prevention, Risk assessment, Electrical safety, traffic management, heat stress prevention, compliance with PPE to all levels of employees.
3. Investigate all accidents / incidents / near miss for root cause and take suitable action to avoid repetition of same / similar occurrence in future and communicated
4. Developing safe work procedures and communication to all employees.
5. Monitor waste management, segregation, disposal and allied environmental issues
6. Conduct Labour camp inspections / site welfare facilities inspections in compliance with required standards to meet regulatory requirements.
7. Monitor security issues of the site pertaining to all access/egress, gate pass, permits, vandalism and theft
8. Set up methods and deliver safety education through safety meeting, safety rules and procedures, refresher trainings, on-job training and new employee induction
9. Monitor implemented permit-to-work system for compliance with safety standards.
10. Ensure maintain record of disposal of hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste.
