- Oversee operations of a hub comprising 5 service centres, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash flow across the hub to maintain liquidity and optimize fund utilization.
- Supervise loan disbursement, monitor loan performance, and drive recovery efforts to minimize delinquency and non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Ensure accurate GL balancing and reconciliation across all service centeres.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards, including AML and KYC procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of Service Centre Managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery and resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Prepare and present performance reports on cash flow, loan portfolio, recovery rates, and customer service metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
