Job Details:

We are looking for a passionate and confident female content creator to join our team at Another — a culture-driven fashion brand based in Dubai. In this full-time, immersive role, you will act as the voice and lens of the brand — capturing, vlogging, and sharing the real, behind-the-scenes journey of what it takes to build and run a fashion house. From workshops and sourcing trips to CEO meetings and events, you will document everything that makes Another so unique. This is a creative, energetic role that requires someone who is comfortable on camera, passionate about influencing, and capable of managing social media content independently. You will need to be fluent in English and skilled in video creation, editing, and publishing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, youtube and Pinterest.

Responsibilities:

- Vlog and document daily activities, behind-the-scenes content, and real moments across the brand’s journey

- Showcase styling tips, outfit breakdowns, and “how to wear it” content for Reels and TikTok

- Capture and edit authentic content during: CEO meetings, Team discussions, Brand events, Design process and sourcing trips

- Be the face and voice of the brand on camera — embodying the tone, values, and visual identity of our community

- Generate and pitch content ideas that tell stories aligned with the brand’s cultural and emotional DNA

- Edit and publish short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

- Plan and manage all social media accounts, including content calendar, post scheduling, and engagement

- Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, DMs) in a way that protects and grows community trust

- Oversee and assist with lookbook/editorial shoots — from moodboarding to behind-the-scenes coverage and shot coordination

- Work closely with the founder and production team to create timely content that reflects the brand’s real-time evolution

- Track trends, audio, and viral formats to ensure content stays fresh and aligned with platform dynamics

- Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and vendors to support brand shoots and creative projects

- Manage influencer content logistics, when applicable — ensuring visual and tonal consistency

Qualifications & Skills:

- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

- Confident on camera, with a natural and relatable influencer energy

- Passion for fashion, storytelling, culture, and creativity

- Skilled in social media content creation (especially TikTok and video editing)

- Able to work independently and take initiative
