  ? Closely working with Quality department & Production department as well as Purchase department.
  ? Raising Request for Inspection for incoming materials
  ? Up-dation of Stocks with respect to Project wise.
  ? Verification of all stock reports such as goods receiving, issuance, returning, rejection, record levels, purchase requisitions, dispatch, gate passes, belonging items, stock positions, inventory declaration, store valuation, inventory movement, issuance in transits, dead stock (obsolete, damage & faulty), waste disposal, consumptions and audit reports.
  ? To manage different issues related to Stores & Godowns, decision making at lower level and forward suggestions and recommendations to higher management for critical and vital issues.
  ? Preparation of flow charts of raw material consumed, analysis of inventory movement, monitoring of stores cycle for each material.
  ? Coordination with auditors in conduction of quarterly and annual Audits and prepare none variance commodities report.
  ? Arrange dispatches of goods to other stations as per prerequisite orders.
  ? Supervise and direct transporters for delivery of goods in time and to safe-hands.
