1. Responsible for full site Health & Safety,together with environmental compliance across all areas.

2. Conducting site inspections on a pre-determined basis to ensure the on-going adherence to all applicable standards and regulations.

3. To conduct inspections of plant, tools and equipment in line with Project HSE Plan.

4. To actively support the Daily Start briefing and Tool Box Talk processes.

---

5. To ensure that scaffolds used are tagged by a competent inspector.

---

6. To ensure that all personal protective equipment is properly distributed and implemented

---

7. Conducting safety induction for new employees & TBT for all.

---

8. To keep necessary documents and MSDS of chemicals used in the worksite.

---

9. Attending weekly HSE Meeting with the consultant.

---

10. To monitor all site activities in respect of legal and other HSE compliance, and provide guidance as necessary.
