Summary of Career
1. To work actively in Administration department with a company of repute whereby I can utilize my professional expertise & approaches, Learning new management concept & techniques and by giving optimum performances whatever tasks and responsibilities would assign to me in order to achieve the overall organizational goals.
2. Direct dealing with the parents of X and current students to solve their queries. Regarding admissions, manage the admissions process and act as an Image of the organization,being the First point of contact for any complaint and queries WITH the Objectives of providing high level of customer service and Customer relationship building.
3. Company policies and directive of senior management. Interacting with other departments in problem solving. Greet parents/ students Register the student.
4. Liaise with academic department and libraryfor test schedules. Monitor the response of applications, for all degree programmes. checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenicity of results Keep track of withdrawal students and follow up on them.
5. Circulate the circulars . Communicte for providing assistance in applying admissions and resolving queries Internal/External curricular and extra-curricular activities management. Events music and media arrangement.
6. Onsite customer service queries and issues resolving with exceptional standard both promptly and efficiently.
7. Answer internal and external telephone calls in line with service standards.
8. Maintain the admission process with the portfolio of programmes in close liaison with all the academic departments/classes,applying agreed criteria to make admissions decisions consistent and fair. Handle telephone and email esquires from prospective students and their parents independently and in a timely and profeessional manner.
9. undertake welcome calls regarding all matters related to the students academics and well-being and direct calls as required.
10. Provide support for any events/trips(local or international).
