In my ten years of working experience, I have learned and implemented a way to report to the higher management, in a nick of time, by keeping my work up to date, in accordance with policies and financial practices/accounting standards, on daily basis, which kept my relations on higher grounds. I have been authorized as "To I see" of the H.O.D, to lead a team of centralized accounts department (Head office and regional), which incorporated tasks of procedure formulation (also enhancing old one for efficiency as well) and implementation, helping/supporting team members for a better insight and what they need to accomplish their targets, inter departmental requirements/resolving conflicts, tracking and updating financial transactions on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012, monthly/annual soft closing of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 with formulation and reporting consolidated financial statements of the company. I have been privileged with task of formulating Business plan including the compilation of data from other departments (Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, Imports, Logistics etc.) and finalizing it with self-developed projected financial statements, to be used for next year's variance analysis and reporting. Furthermore, I had tasks such as daily bank reconciliations, compiling and prioritizing mature payments for approval, confirmation of funds at hand and proposals to fill in the gap, verification of payment requests, payable and receivable accounts reconciliation, interdepartmental correspondence and data sharing, attending meetings and conferences with H.O.D. and any task to be handled given by H.O.D or higher management, including online payroll project. All of above mentioned traits have been accomplished due to ethical behavior, positive and supportive approach, team spirit, target oriented attitude, energetic drive to do and learn more on the job, ambition to become the center point of workflow and passion to raise my moral standards by helping other individuals.
