Summary of Career
1. Supervise accounts department operational activities.
2. Prepare all SOPs related to accounts and finance function and update them on as and when required.
3. Achieving cost saving using lead six sigma methodologies.
4. Consolidate financial statements of both local and foreign subsidiaries.
5. Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.

8. Making intense analysis of suppliers/sub-contractors quotations, such that profile analysis, items are apple to apple, price analysis, horizontal vertical analysis, price to quantity analysis and company financial analysis, etc.
9. Manage cash flows of the projects contributing to the achievement of predefined financial objectives.
10. Liaise with banks for facilities like LCs, discounting, overdrafts, and guarantees;
