5. Conduct site survey, review engineering & assist in the preparation of project schedule & execution plan.
6. Prepare deliverables & documentations including piping & instrument diagram (P&ID), instrument index, instrument loop diagram (ILD), marshalling panel & junction box wiring termination block diagram, cable schedule, isometric diagrams, instrument hook up diagram, instrument datasheet & specifications, all IFC & as-built diagrams, MTO, material inspection documents, QC dossier, inspection test plan (ITP), request for inspection (RFI), FAT/SAT, IFC, as-built, etc.
7. Review material specifications, liaise with industrial codes & standards, procure material & equipment as per the approved Material Take-Off (MTO) list.
8. Manage site execution activities of the project and optimize work completions within tight schedules.
9. Develop and implement work procedures for the installation, testing & commissioning activities of the project.
10. Inclined towards quality & safety protocols and engage in continuous improvement of procedures for smooth work flow and optimization.
