  Responsibilities:
   To provide a complete technical support to the sales team in order to secure the project.
   To ensure the customers satisfactions by describing them with complete technical details of the product.
   To review the job in hand or tender inquiries.
   To raise RFI to contractor if any required document missing to make an exact quotation.
   To keep the record of latest price lists from suppliers and current company discounts.
   To make product list for the jobs that are in our scope of work using the architectural drawings, BOQ and elevation drawings etc.
   To make a formal quotation of total product cost including inbound and outbound freight using quantity and price.
   To estimate construction projects using Excel and respond to contractor quote inquiries.
   To request quotations from vendors, pursuing the lowest cost.
   To suggest alternate options for projects in a face-to-face meeting with client and consultant, if any product not complying with BS or ANSI standards.
   To revise the quotation if any changes made by client or consultant.
   To make variation quotation during project execution if there in any change in the job.
   To provide a complete certification like CDC, Warranty & Origin Certificates and completing and handing over the project.

  Responsibilities:
   To prepare the action plan for fire-rated hollow metal steel doors and glass windows along with initial goals and targets.
   To coordinate with contractor and consultant, to get all the data required to start the technical submittal.
   To review the architectural drawings, BOQ and elevation drawings to make a final door schedule.
   To prepare and submit material submittal to the consultant and relevant authorities.
   To estimate construction projects.
   To get shop drawings from drafter and submit to consultant for review.
   To release shop drawing for production after getting approval from consultant.
   To inspect the quality of the product after fabrication from the factory.
   To oversee the installation of project to completion.
   To handover, the project to the main contractor after getting work inspection approval from the consultant.
