Summary of Career
1. Preparation of procurement package for all electrical and ELV systems, comparison of quotations with complete scope, technical details with different specialist / vendor to finalize the specialist subcontractors.
2. Preparation of shop drawings for lighting, small power, containment layout, riser layouts and other electrical services layouts and coordinating with mechanical services and dealing with consultant for technical clarifications and raising RFI to the consultant.
3. Attending a progress meeting with the client and consultant.
4. Follow up with procurement and supplier for the delivery of materials.
5. Preparation of material submittal of Electrical LV panels, lights fixtures and electrical wiring devices as per specification and procurement of materials as per approved submittal.
6. Experience in Installation and commissioning of Electrical and ELV services in High-rise buildings,Hospital and shopping mall and follow up with the commissioning of mechanical equipment.
7. Highly talented and skillful Engineer with great experience of executing and coordinating the Activities of MEP works in High rise buildings, Shopping mall, Hospital and Mixed-use development projects.
8. Responsible for finalization of actual cable sizes required for the project by doing the Voltage drop calculation based on the local authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, KAHRAMAA (Qatar))
9. Monitoring, coordinating and supervising the site activities and sub contractors on a day-today basis in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum manpower
10. Responsible for preparing quantity take-off for all electrical system like Light Fixtures, Wiring Accessories, Isolators etc., from the IFC drawings and Shop drawings
