  Duties Primarily including
   Identifying Risks and design safeguards that aid in preventing ,controlling, and mitigating the effects of fires.
   Assisting architects, building owners and developers in evaluating buildings life safety and protection
  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
   Inspecting stipulated site in person and analyzing the risk of fire and drafting fire safety measures.
   Preparing Initial Diagram as per UAE fire and life safety codes after studying the given site information and inspecting the site in detail.
   Listing the equipment’s, devices and tools needed for installation.
   Applying for Civil Defense Approval and rectifying if any comments were suggested.
   Creating Quotation for listed equipment, devices and tools with proper market pricing.
   Assigning suitable team for stipulated site and drafting individual team members works to be done.
   Providing technical support other engineers, architects, and contractors to strengthen fire protection within blueprints.
   Creating plans for fire detection tools such as extinguishers, alarm systems, sprinklers, fire pumps and other equipment
   Managing the installation of fire safety devices.
   Directing maintenance and repair of fire prevention equipment and coordinate key safety activities.
   Preventing blazes by drafting sprinkler design specifications, making hydraulic calculations and selecting fire pumps.
   Maintain Daily Reports and Daily needs of stipulated site and make sure work is going on as per schedule.
   Handling Cash flow of the Department for Every Purchase and maintaining proper documentation.
   Managing the Material Purchase and Store Materials as Per Requirements.
   Making Enquiries and sending to different dealers for cost efficient Purchase.
   Handling the LPO’s and Contacting with Material Dealers.
   Applying for Supply Certificates and Site Inspection.
   Co ordinating with Marketing Team and Assisting them in project Pricing.
   Preparing as Built drawing and getting approval from Department of Civil Defense.
   Attending meetings with Clients and clarifying the issues they have about our work.
   Meeting the Consultants and Contractors for Co ordination of work in ongoing projects.
   Arranging schedules with Concerned persons and handling all Payment Progresses.
