1. Data Analysis: Analyzed data collected during inspections and by utilizing available reliability data calculated expected remaining lifetime of equipment.
2. Spare Parts Management: Set priority for spare parts based on criticlity and raised purchase requisitions. Kept follow up with suppliers for in time delivery of spares to minimize lead time and prevent any unexpected equipment down time.
3. Interdepartment Co-ordination: Co-ordinate with mechanical maintenance team to develop manpower capacity plan and manage schedule/unscheduled activities. Also co-ordinated with procurement to secure all tools, spare parts and components needed to execute the maintenance program all to be in place and on time.
4. Contractor Management: Prepared and submitted detailed scope of work (SOW). Prepared and released the work completion report, after confirming the work completion as per SOW
5. Risk Based Inspections (RBI): Carried out risk analysis of different equipment based on probability and consequence of failure. Developed monthly master plan for PM inspections.
6. Preventive Maintenance Inspections: (Packing Plant, Utility, Crusher) Carried out PM inspections as per task list including inspection of Compressors, Pumps, Gearboxes, Bucket Elevators, Root Blowers, Packers and Impact & Hammer crushers
7. Updated equipment data and preventative maintenance task lists in system to improve plant reliability. Improved PM plan, utilizing all reliability data to improve the Preventive Maintenance process.
8. carry out vibration data collection and thermography (keeping in view all the operation parameters). Maintained record of all data for effective analysis.
9. Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.
10. Completed root cause analysis, logged faults and prepared system reports.
