Manage end-to-end procurement operations for multiple F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafés, and new pre-opening projects.

Develop strategic sourcing plans and negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms, credit periods, and rebates to achieve cost savings.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on product quality, pricing, availability, and service standards.

Monitor food and beverage costs, purchasing ratios, and monthly budgets to improve profitability and maintain cost targets.

Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, consumption analysis, and monthly stocktaking to ensure accurate inventory records.

Analyze supplier performance, item-wise consumption, price variations, and purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate with chefs, restaurant operations, and finance teams to align purchasing requirements with menus, recipes, and operational needs.

Manage ERP and inventory management systems, including supplier master data, item creation, purchase orders, recipe costing, and inventory reporting.

Monitor food wastage, stock variances, and product quality issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize losses and improve cost efficiency.

Prepare procurement reports, cost-control dashboards, and management analysis to support strategic decision-making, operational planning, and continuous improvement.
