We are looking for a motivated and organized HR/PR Coordinator with experience in UAE visa processing and government-related procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Handle UAE visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
Coordinate labor and immigration requirements in compliance with UAE Labor Law
Manage medical appointments and biometric arrangements for employees
Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases
Knowledgeable in using UAE government portals and online systems
Prepare reports and maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel
Coordinate with PRO, HR team, and Shop Managers
Requirements
Knowledgeable in UAE visa processing procedures
Good understanding of UAE Labor Law
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and data organization
Familiar with UAE government portals and online systems
Strong coordination and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documents efficiently
Professional appearance and pleasing personality
Previous HR/PRO experience in UAE is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong administrative and documentation skills
Good English communication skills
