Strong hands-on experience in DI Pipe Hot Zone and Cold Zone operations
Experience with Induction Furnace, Mould Shop, and Core Shop
Core Responsibilities
Electrical Systems
Manage HT/LT power systems, transformers, distribution, and protection systems
Maintenance of PCC and MCC panels
Troubleshooting of VFD drives and motor control systems
Ensure electrical reliability and preventive maintenance planning
Monitor power factor correction systems, cabling, and grounding
Perform breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions
Automation & Controls
PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens TIA Portal preferred)
SCADA and HMI configuration and system improvements
Instrumentation calibration and diagnostics
Industrial communication systems (Profinet / Ethernet-IP)
Root cause analysis of automation failures
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Process & Plant Automation
Support and troubleshoot Induction Furnace electrical systems
Implement automated control strategies in production lines
Develop and maintain electrical interlocks and safety systems
Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards
Robot Programming & Integration (KUKA Mandatory)
Programming, teaching, and optimization of KUKA robots
Robot applications for:
Material handling systems

Preferred Experience
