Position Overview
The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for overseeing procurement coordination, vendor management, and inventory tracking to ensure smooth commercial operations. This role requires strong analytical capability and advanced Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders and supplier coordination.
• Maintain and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare commercial reports and performance dashboards using Excel.
• Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of commercial transactions and records.
• Support cost control and budgeting activities.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, data analysis).
• Experience in procurement, commercial administration, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
