    Responsibilities & Duties
     My project was how to implement Q-pillar (quality pillar) on a plant
     Objectives of Q- pillar were to identify quality losses, eliminate the causes of quality losses, sustain, and continuously improve the zero-defect system.
     Worked on zero step of Q-pillar out of six steps that was “steps done before the implementation of Q-pillar.”
     Gathered data about consumer and customer complaints, rework, and waste etc.
     Created ID cards into defect categories, defect types and defect modes to have a common set of defects.
     Used data collection forms to measure the occurrence of defect modes in the line.
     Elaborate these documents showing perfect vs defective product.
     Also participate in internal audit to ensure the compliance in food safety.
