   Planning, executing and supervising engineering work activities and budget observation, throughout detailed engineering by man-hours control

   Frequent visits to shop, monitoring overall progress and handling design problems during manufacturing
   Revamping of existing columns and reactors due to addition and modification to existing design. Rechecking all strength calculations to accommodate the additions and modifications.
