1. Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are meet.

2. Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

3. Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.

4. Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

---

5. Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.

6. Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;

7. Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.  Prepare reports on occurrences & provides statistical information to upper management.

8. Compress Gas Cylinders Hazards & Controls.

9. apply creative problem solving skills and impart knowledge on best practices on Health, Safety and Environment and in the development and implementation of HSE Management System/ Policies and promote a Safety culture for Continuous Improvement.
