  • Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked.
  • Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there are any changes.
  • Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
  • Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager.
  • Able to produce revised shop drawing within time upon receiving commented drawing.
  • Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit Structure for drawings.

  • Generating Synthesis (Coordination) Drawings from Revit MEP model to AutoCAD Work field.

  • Reading and interpreting Blueprints.
  • Developing Drawings from Design Sketches.
  • Complete Documentation and Drawing Sets.
  • Examine all Drawings for conformity and Errors.
  • Synthesis (Coordination) Drawings for Site information to deal with clashing problems.
  • Section, Detail, Schematic, Riser and Single Line Diagram Drawings as per Requirement.
  • Preparation of All phase’s plan, 1, Design Drawings 2, Tender Drawing 3, Execution Drawing 4, As-Built (Red Line).
